Director Prakash Jha, it seems, can’t forget the magic that Rajneeti and Katrina Kaif created for him. The buzz is that he’s going ahead with Kat for his next film as well, titled Satyagrah.

So far, the battle for the female lead was being keenly fought by Kareena Kapoor and Katrina but now it appears that Kat has eventually won this round. Sources say that Prakash will once get her to sport a de-glam image, similar to that of Rajneeti. Right now the only hitch in the project is Kat’s dates but the filmmaker is working on that too. An insider from Jha camp says, “The dates really shouldn’t be much of a problem.

Jha and Katrina have shared such a great working relationship, that she’s eager to accommodate Satyagrah into her busy schedule. She has tremendous respect for the director, since he gave her the chance to prove that she could act too, besides being a glam doll.”
Taking the casting a step further, Jha has apparently even asked Madhuri Dixit-Nene to be part of the cast. Madhuri had earlier worked with him in Mrityudand.

The icing on the cake is that Katrina will be paired opposite favourite screen hero Akshay Kumar. Considering the number of hits they’ve had together, Jha feels that they will work best together. One hears that Akki may well produce this film too. Based on anti-corruption, the script apparently takes a leaf or two out of the recent Anna Hazare episode.
